In the 2023-24 season, Brighton made their debut appearance in the UEFA Europa League, qualifying for European football for the first time in the club's history.

    Throughout Brighton & Hove Albion's 100-year history the club have never won a major trophy with the FA Charity Shield in 1910 being their only cup triumph. The club has also experienced its share of highs and lows, including relegation to the fourth tier of English football in the late 1990s. However, the Seagulls have shown resilience and determination to climb back up the football pyramid, culminating in their promotion to the Premier League in 2017.
