A product of FC Barcelona’s famed La Masia academy, Gavi made his first-team debut for the club in 2021 at just 17 years old. Known for his exceptional vision, technical skills, and dynamism in midfield, he quickly established himself as a key starter for Barcelona. His ability to control the pace of the game and his impressive work rate drew comparisons to some of the greatest midfielders in history.
Gavi's potential was recognised early on, and he was soon called up to represent Spain at the international level. He made his debut for the Spanish national team in 2021, becoming one of the youngest players to do so.
