Latest news on Twitter/X's AI chatbot Grok, now rolling out to Premium+ subscribers in the US. It's designed to offer a witty and rebellious conversational experience, inspired by "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

The engine behind Grok AI is called Grok-1, which is a state-of-the-art language model developed over the last four months. It has shown significant improvements in reasoning and coding capabilities, achieving 63.2% on the HumanEval coding task and 73% on MMLU, which are standard machine learning benchmarks designed to measure math and reasoning abilities.

Elon Musk's xAI has introduced Grok AI for X Premium+ subscribers. Grok is currently available to a limited number of users, and access is being granted based on the length of the Premium+ subscription.
