On 26 July 2023, he was found not guilty of sexual assaults against four men in a trial in London. The actor, who faced nine charges of sexual assault and indecent assault, was cleared by a jury after almost four weeks of hearing evidence. Spacey denied all the allegations and said that any sexual contact was consensual.
