About our Jake Paul news

Latest news and updates on Jake Paul, an American YouTuber and social media personality who is also known for boxing and MMA.

Born in 1997, Paul initially rose to fame in 2013 on the video hosting platform Vine, where he amassed over 2 billion views and gained 5.3 million followers. A year after launching his Vine, Paul created a YouTube channel where he became known for posting vlogs, prank videos and hip-hop music.

In 2018, he followed in the footsteps of his older brother Logan Paul and moved from online videos to amateur boxing. His first fight was as an undercard for the KSI v Logan Paul white-collar boxing fight, where he won by TKO against fellow online personality Deji Olatunji.

Following his initial bout in 2018, Paul then made the jump from amateur boxing to professional, where he has since faced a host of semi-retired athletes including names such as Tyron Woodley, Anderson Silva and even former-basketball player Nate Robinson.

In 2023, it was announced his next fight would be against Tommy Fury, the younger brother of Tyson Fury. On 26 February 2023, Tommy Fury won a split decision against Jake Paul in the highly anticipated professional boxing match in Diriyah Arena, Saudi Arabia. While one judge scored it 75-74 to Paul, the other two gave it 76-73 to Fury, leaving Paul as the loser in his seventh professional fight.
